Privacy Policy
Pre-launch edition · Updated September 23, 2026. Prism Vault is preparing for launch. This notice describes the current preview website and planned store features; it will be reviewed as services change.
This policy describes how Prism Vault collects and uses information when you browse our store, purchase products, create an account, use the fitting room, or participate in our community.
Information we collect
- Orders and support: your name, email address, shipping address, products ordered, payment status, order history, and information you send when requesting help.
- Accounts: account identifiers, email address, username, sign-in information, and account activity.
- Community: submitted photos, captions, card categories, reactions, moderation status, and the account associated with your submissions.
- Newsletter: the email address you provide when subscribing.
- Technical information: hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, logs, and usage events to operate, secure, and measure the website.
How information is used
Information is used to process payments and orders, validate shipping addresses, arrange delivery, provide support, maintain accounts, moderate community content, prevent abuse, and understand website use. Newsletter subscription information is used to send the updates requested by the subscriber.
Payments and service providers
The store integrates Stripe for payment processing; full payment-card details are entered with Stripe rather than in our storefront forms. We use Supabase for account, database, and uploaded-content services; Netlify for hosting and newsletter form submissions; and EasyPost and shipping carriers for address verification and fulfillment. Information needed for these functions is processed by those providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights, or address security incidents. The third-party analytics and embedded-content services described below may process information under their own policies.
Fitting-room images and public posts
Choosing a local image for the fitting-room preview processes that image in your browser. Downloading a preview does not, by itself, submit it to the community. If you choose to submit a community post, the resulting image and submission details are uploaded for moderation. Approved posts display your username, photo, caption, and associated public information.
Do not submit photos containing information you do not want others to see. Uploaded community images are stored at public URLs; a person with the direct link may be able to view an image even before approval. Removing a post from the feed does not currently remove the stored image file. Contact us to request image-file removal. Copies saved or shared by others may remain outside our control.
Cookies, browser storage, and third-party content
Browser storage supports functions such as cart persistence, authentication, and temporary fitting-room share drafts. The website includes Google Analytics code to measure website usage. Instagram embeds and externally hosted resources, including fonts, may also cause your browser to connect to their providers and disclose technical information.
You can manage cookies and storage through your browser, although blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or shopping features. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies. The preview website does not currently provide a dedicated cookie-preference panel. You can contact us with questions or requests concerning analytics and third-party processing. Browser controls may not prevent all data collection.
Retention and security
Account, submission, and transaction records may remain stored while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the provider involved. The preview does not currently apply a universal automatic deletion period. You can contact us to request deletion; records subject to a legal retention requirement and copies in provider backups may be retained. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can remove your own community posts using the available account or community controls. For account, image-file, or other personal-information requests, contact our privacy contact below. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply.
Newsletter subscribers can request removal from the mailing list by emailing us. You may also use an unsubscribe link when provided in a marketing message. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary order or account communications. We will review privacy requests under applicable law; please do not email passwords or payment-card details.
Children and international visitors
The account and community features are intended for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Privacy rules may differ by location. This notice does not waive any rights or safeguards required by applicable law.
