Terms & Community Guidelines

These terms govern your Prism Vault account and use of our community, fitting room, and website. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

Your account

Use accurate account information, keep your login secure, and do not impersonate another person or brand. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use an account only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

Keep the community safe

These rules apply to photos, portraits, usernames, captions, and other contributions. Do not upload, share, or promote:

• Nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation, sexualized content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate images.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of violence or self-harm, or instructions intended to facilitate harm. Ordinary non-graphic fantasy card artwork is allowed.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, stalking, or targeted intimidation.
• Private information about others, including addresses, credentials, financial details, or identifiable images shared without necessary permission.
• Scams, fraud, impersonation, misleading promotions, spam, or illegal goods and activities.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights. Only share material you own or are otherwise entitled to use.

Fair use of the service

Do not manipulate gems, create accounts to evade restrictions, disrupt the website, distribute malware, bypass security or access controls, or collect users' personal information without permission. Community posts are not proof of a card's authenticity, condition, value, or ownership.

Your posts and permissions

You keep any ownership rights you hold in your contributions. You grant Prism Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, reproduce, and display those contributions as needed to operate the website and its community features, including community previews on the homepage. This does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize unrelated advertising use.

Community posts and profile details may be public. Other people may copy or screenshot them; we cannot guarantee that copies can be prevented or retrieved. Deleting a post ends its ordinary public display, although backups or records needed for legal, security, or moderation purposes may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.

Moderation and posting restrictions

Prism Vault may review, reject, hide, or remove content and temporarily suspend or permanently revoke community posting privileges for violations, repeated abuse, or credible safety, security, or legal concerns. Serious cases may also result in account restriction or termination. Creating another account to bypass a restriction is prohibited.

We may act without advance notice when needed to protect people or the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the action. To report content or request review of a moderation decision, email contact@prismvaulttcg.com with the relevant username or post details. Do not send illegal content as an attachment. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected before publication.

Purchases and service availability

Product listings and the Shipping Policy provide purchase and delivery information. Fitting-room previews are illustrative; screen colors and fit previews may differ from the physical product. Community content represents its contributors' views, not Prism Vault's endorsement. Features may change or be unavailable, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Changes and contact

We will publish revised terms with an updated version and effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. New terms will not be treated as retroactive acceptance of changes you have not agreed to where agreement is required. Questions: contact@prismvaulttcg.com.
